Plain-language summary: DreamSeed is built privacy-first. Your dream reports and heart-rate data stay on the server you choose, your voice cues are generated on your own device, and we never sell your data. This document is provided for transparency and legal protection and is not legal advice.

1. Who we are

DreamSeed is a product of FluxForge LLC ("we," "us"), a Texas limited liability company. For privacy questions, contact legal@dreamseed.app or support@dreamseed.app.

2. What we collect

Account & billing. If you purchase a plan or gift kit, our payment processor handles your card details; we receive only confirmation, plan type, and shipping address (for hardware fulfillment).
Dream session data. Themes you choose, dream reports you record, theme-match scores, and session timing. Voice cues are synthesized on your device and are not transmitted.
Biometric data. If you connect a heart-rate band, derived values (beats per minute, onset timing, arousal events) may be stored to power onset detection and trends. We do not collect continuous raw waveform unless you explicitly enable it.
Contact submissions. Name, email, and message sent through our contact form.
Technical. An anonymous device token (cookie) to associate sessions with your device, plus standard server logs.

3. Sensitive data & your control

Heart-rate and sleep information can be considered sensitive. We treat it that way. You may use DreamSeed in free timer mode without connecting any sensor. You can delete your sessions and associated data at any time; clearing your device token also orphans your history.

4. How we use it

To run the incubation session and detect sleep onset.
To compute your scores, trends, and theme efficacy over time.
To fulfill orders, gift kits, and referral credits.
To respond to your messages and provide support.

We do not sell your personal or biometric data, and we do not serve third-party advertising inside DreamSeed.

5. Where it lives

DreamSeed is self-hosted. Session and biometric data are stored on the server operating your DreamSeed instance. Payment data is held by our payment processor under their own security and privacy terms.

6. Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate (payment processing, shipping carriers, email delivery), or where required by law. Any anonymized, aggregated research use of dream data is strictly opt-in.

7. Retention

We keep session and biometric data for as long as your account is active or until you delete it. Contact-form messages are retained as needed to address your inquiry.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these, email legal@dreamseed.app.

9. Children

DreamSeed is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Heart-rate and sleep features are intended for adults.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
